Our Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders made with Stale & Co will receive free shipping with tracking number.

Return & Refund Policy

We only allow for one exchange for every purchase and do not do refunds. 

1. Only when item sent is wrong OR

2. When item received is damaged.

Exchanges are acceptable within 14 days from the date of receipt of item as long as the item is still in sellable condition (not worn).

To exchange an item, email info@staleandco.com with your name and your order number, and we will reply with the relavant instructions within 7 working days.

All shipping costs for return of items are to be borne by the customer.

Shipping out of the exchanged item will be borne by Stale & Co.

If the exchanged item is of a lesser value, Stale & Co will not refund the balance.

If the exchanged item is of a higher value, payment has to be made by the customer before the exchanged product will be shipped.

We reserve the right to amend the above clauses without prior notice.

Payment

We receive payment on our webstore through secure payment gateways on Stripe & PayPal.

For offline payment, please reach out to us at info@staleandco.com for further arrangements.
